How do you relax?
To me relaxing can be different, depending to whatever I feel like doing. Here are a few of my “relaxing” moments.

You have to have experienced the quietness in the mountains to know how unique it is

What is Meditation?
Meditation is to try to get past the “thinking” mind, and into a deeper state of relaxation or awareness. It is to connect with oneself in the moment. My teacher says: connect and follow with your breath, this is the simplest way to meditate!
Like with many other things, I hardly find time to relax and esp. meditate, but as they say:
if you don’t find a minute, you should do it for 3 minutes!
It is like a “Reset” button!
